Was extremely happy with the entire process of the repair. Only thing was the text alerts need to be changed since they are not accurate. Besides that, the communication was great, and the new GM was amazing to work with. Will definitely be returning if anything else should arise.

The length of time for the repairs was absolutely unacceptable. We finally got our car back 6 weeks later after I made a lot of waves. A tire sensor doesn’t work, and both windshield washers are broken.

Got off to a rocky start, not getting in at 9am scheduled appointment. Not getting the parts ordered, the first day.Which ment i was without my car for 3days.No commutation until I talked to insurance adjuster. When I got my vielcle back.Looks good.Lady in the front office dropped my call more than once.Said she would call me back and did not.this is written by Steve wife oner of the vielcle.
