Im still waiting on a clip for the trim on the passenger front door. And got told the car was done and ready. I drove 30 miles one way to find out the car still had a cracked tail light and the hatchback door had a gap and had to be re-aligned. So since it was on a friday I had to make arrangements with my insurance to keep the rental car another 4 days. Picked it up and all was fixed except the pin on the passenger door trim. However if I was to rate the agent (Tina) on communication on updates she would get a 10. I was kept informed of every step.

I delt with Tina and she was very knowledgeable about the process and clear on the steps and made me fell comfortable about the repairs. I used another (local) company in the past and they had my truck for 2 1/2 months. So highly recommend Gerber.
