I would like to personally thank Laura and April!!!!! Laura got me started with the process and then April got in contact with me on the progress of the repair etc… they both were very pleasant to work with!! When my truck was all finished I advised April that I could only make it on a Saturday because my schedule was so so hectic and I asked her if she could possibly meet me at the shop to pick up my truck and without hesitation said that she could absolutely meet me on Saturday which I thought was just so kind!!! When I got there to pick up my truck April was literally cleaning my windows and had my truck stared!! I was in total awe!!! You just don’t see that kind of work ethic anymore these days!!! I had several questions for April about the process etc. and she explained every little detail to me and she just made me feel that Caliber collision took absolute pride in there work!! And customer satisfaction!!!,,the repairs that were done to my truck came out absolutely flawless and for what needed to be done I was in awe when I saw how amazing my truck looked it literally looked brand new,, amazing work!!!!!!I will definitely be recommending anyone that needs repairs done on there vehicle to you guys!!!! Again I want to express just how pleased I was with the whole experience with april , Laura and caliber collision ., and also to the staff for getting my truck up and back on the road!!

Everyone was friendly and courteous. I got several texts which shared information on the progress and asked if I had concerns or questions. All repairs are satisfactory. The car was even detailed on the inside.

They were supposed to fix a dent in my back fender on the passenger side, and I don’t understand why they were inside my car on the passenger side when the damage was in the rear in the back. I was told the detailer was there in my car, but my car was not cleaned on the inside, but for some reason, they damaged my power cord for my dash cam and tried to hide the the cord they cut and then try to blame me and say that it was that way when I dropped it off. When whoever damage the cord who ever did it and didn’t care, the cord must have gotten caught on their feet I guess, and when the plug for the USB port got caught it damaged the paint and left gash where there’s like a small dent and paint peeled away from where it looks like the cord may have slid outside the door and then they maybe they ran over it when they were driving my car. The woman I was dealing with about my car did replace the cord, but I didn’t notice the damage in the doorway until a few days after it was kind of hard to notice in the shade at the bottom of the car.
