Based on my experience, I would not recommend your shop to others due to the excessive amount of time the repair took, the lack of communication, and the additional damage that occurred while my truck was in your possession. The no-deductible option was the only positive part of the experience, but it does not outweigh the poor service, delays, and unresolved damage.

Great work except for them damaging my brush guard

Your hail repair shop had my 2024 F-350 for over a month. During that time, my brand-new $5,000 brush guard was scratched, and it is still scratched. On top of that, the shop was unable to get the factory hood emblems that originally came with the truck. Overall, the service has been very disappointing. The only benefit I have seen from using your shop is the no-deductible option, but the quality of service and attention to detail have been unacceptable.

I’ve reached out to Ryan but interior pieces were damaged, roof liner headlights painted, roof molding installed scratched, car returned on empty when given at 3/4 of a tank.

Communication is terrible, did not get quotes until I called, did not receive updates when issues arose, when I brought up issues I felt ignored, 7 weeks to fix the car. Not all damage I brought it in for was fixed even though I authorized the work.

Pro-Masters was AMAZING! I went to the Nevada location and was greeted by two wonderful ladies who immediately helped me. My car went into the shop quickly and I got it back quickly, they arranged for and paid for my rental car and deductible!
