Tried using used parts when I told them I wanted everything new. Three take backs. One for tailgate lock, one for back up camera, and one for used tail light.

The work was exceptional and everyone was very polite and friendly, but the amount of time it took was unreasonable. Additionally, I was told the car was going to be vacuumed and cleaned up before I picked it up but it wasn’t. There was some kind of residue - seemed like from the paint - all over the dash and console and there was a terrible chemical smell in the car that has given me headaches the last two days since I picked it up.

I already completed this survey but I keep getting texts asking me to complete the survey. The repair itself is excellent. However the 6 weeks it took to get the repair completed was unreasonable and the condition of my vehicle when I picked it up was unacceptable. There was some kind of chemical residue all over the car and a strong chemical smell that I still have not been able to eliminate almost a week later. The manager told me the car would be cleaned up and vacuumed before I picked it up, but it was not. There was a piece of insulation on the floor that I assume came from inside the panel and there was a metal car part on the floor.

They were very friendly and respectful but did not communicate about delays and kept making promises about when the car would be done only to push the timeline out repeatedly. They never called me to inform me of the delays. I only found out by calling on the day my car was supposed to be completed to make sure it was on track.

My car was supposed to be done in a week and 21/2 weeks later I went to pick up my car (replaced driver door). In the process of them replacing my door they had to replace my car battery and I never got a solid answer as to why my battery was dead. The gentleman that work there were very nice and apologetic and full of excuses each time my designated time was changed. Not enough help for the amount of cars sitting around the shop. The work on the door looks good but it was not easy and became very stressful as I missed 3 weekends traveling to be with family.
