Communication was a little odd. I got text messages from a thing called carwise and then I also got text messages from the actual local Gerber place. Each were saying different things. I ended up just calling the local Gerber when I needed information. They were great.

I won't take my vehicles anywhere else and I won't recommend any other place I've been to from awful experiences. Rhinelander collision does an awful job and missed more then half the damage around the tail gate wheel well and front of the box and cab when when they re did it Ives seen better work from a 16 year old kid

Amazing work on the front and amazing job pulling the dents. One has a little dimple on the curve on the box but I don't really think it can be taken out the rest of the way. Couldn't be happier with the service thank you
