I have magnetic signs on my vehicle. They were both on the vehicle when i dropped it off this morning. When i picked up the vehicle this afternoon one was missing. Service writer quickly looked around the shop but was unable to find it. I was told i would be called if/when sign was found. I think i should be compensated for the cost of the sign and recieve a letter or phone call with an apology for losing my sign. The work done on my vehicle was first rate and the repair looks great, however the loss of my signage pretty much gurantees i will not return in the future

Thank you for going the extra mile by cleaning out the interior of my car. I am completely satisfied with the quality of the repair and was pleasantly surprised that the final cost was cheaper than the estimate. I will only use Gerber collision and glass moving forward and don't see a need to get estimates anywhere else. Thanks for a great experience.
