My repairs were very well done. The staff was kind enough to give my vehicle a quick cleaning inside and out and very generous enough to put some gas on it as well. Overall great experience from the front office and the workers that did the repairs!

I never thought I could give a satisfaction rating over 100% but Gerber changed my mind. From A-Z, they checked all the boxes in service. Professional, thorough, quality in skill, accessible and knowledgeable customer service, prompt and frequent communication- just to name a few highlights. They beat their estimated time of completion by 2 weeks in the midst of high volume hail repairs. They shipped my car to a different location that had the parts to streamline the process. They kept in close communication with my insurance company and rental car company and the customer service people were very knowledgeable on all of the logistics. My car was completed looking better on the outside AND inside. I could go on and on about how satisfied I was with my experience!

Gerber worked cohesively with me, my insurance agent, and car rental company to repair major hail damage to my vehicle. They handled and knew all the logistics including billing and my car rental. Their communication is outstanding in that they gave me status updates twice a week, as part of their (above) standard service.Their skillful technicians did a fantastic job and Gerber went to great extents to finish the job quickly by transporting my vehicle across state boarders where parts were available. In the end I had my vehicle back two weeks before their expected completion date. That is especially impressive as they had high volumes of hail repair damage. Well done, Gerber!

Repair process was smooth and stress free (no complaints there), happy with the results of the repair but when it was time to pick up my Truck it was completely dead and It doesn’t even crank. Not sure if battery is completely drained but i wasted 2 hours of my time trying to figure this out. So disappointing and i will probably have to spend my own money to fix whatever is wrong with my truck.
