The process was very smooth. I appreciate that everyone respected my time and made everything quick and easy. My car was also finished in half the time which was a pleasant surprise. I am also happy with the completed work and appreciate that the interior was cleaned.

I was very pleased with the service I received from the employees at the Mill Rd collision center in Rockford, IL. I was however very frustrated with the employees from the Gerber glass department. Between the employees on the phone and the technitian who replaced my windshield I made/received over 15 phone calls in 3 days because everyone I spoke with had a different answer for a question or said they didn't have me scheduled for service or they insisted I get the work done at my home even though I did not have a place to park the vehicle out of the rain. After picking up my vehicle the rear-view mirror fell off the windshield that was just replaced. I would never recommend using the Gerber glass department to a friend! The commercials say Gerber Collision AND Glass not or! I don't see why I had to go through two different departments to get my vehicle repaired all at once. Getting my windshield replaced by the glass department was a huge headache! Getting my drivers side window and moulding around my windshield repaired by the collision department was a breeze!
