I should be able to rate my experience at Gerber Collison without being told if I can't give 10 on any of questions I need to call the shop to talk about why im giving a low rating. I thought it was my personal experience at Gerber. The receptionist was nice. I've never been had this type of experience before. I can't truly say I would recommend this auto shop to anyone.
