I was very impressed with how thorough Gerber was in regards to getting my repair estimate. I was also impressed with how quickly they were able to repair the damage (granted, it was minor damage) because I was expecting them to have my car at least until Friday afternoon. However, I dropped my car off at 8am Wednesday morning and Gerber texted me updates throughout the process. By Thursday morning, I received a message that my car would be ready at 2pm that afternoon. Every employee I came in contact with at Gerber was so courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to anyone needing collision work done on their vehicle.

I was very pleased with the team at Gerber Collision. I appreciated the detailed updates provided throughout my cars progress. They advised me what the best thing to do for my car was and it got done expediently. David &’ his team did a fantastic job. I’ll be sure to return, should I require these services again.

The staff at Gerber Collision are over the top! From the second I got there until I left, I felt like my car was in great hands. They were very professional, kind, and seemed to really care about not only my car looking great, but me being very satisfied. I was on vacation while they were working on the car and I received texts constantly updating me on where they were on repairing the car. I was not going to return home until on Saturday and they actually delivered the car to my home on Friday. I would definitely use Gerber again and will highly recommend them to anyone that asks for a place to have their car repaired.

The cosmetics of the repair are excellent. The communication was excellent. The service was excellent. But now my headlights look different and are different colors. I’ve been back in once to have it fixed, but it is not, and is annoying to have to deal with this. I feel like it should’ve been addressed up front.
