I was much more satisfied than my previous experience with Gerber. I previously had body repair to vehicle 3 months prior and it was a big miscommunication with my old insurance ( Allstate) not paying for their part to insure my coverage. I had to have multiple conversations over the phone & email receipts to support my concerns. Overall, I decided to return back to Gerber as their work is impeccable and quick. I'm hoping to move past from the other incident & chose to use Gerber again, no issues or miscommunication now that I've changed insurance companies ( Statefarm).
