From the time of drop off which included the walk around with Rolando who took extensive notes regarding my concerns, to Josh who kept in touch with my insurance throughout about supplements and parts, kept me informed on the expected pick up date, David, the GM, who explained in detail with any questions I had. Jessica, the CSR, was extremely helpful and nice with any forms I signed, helpful when I had to come back to get things from my car. Just all around pleasant! Would recommend this shop to any and everyone. Amazing job!
