Work is not yet completed. A decal needs to be applied per original manufacture. Rework for a paint defect on the hood needs to be completed. The defect appears to be a debris particle under the paint.

Elaine (I believe that was her name) was absolutely friendly and very helpful! Also, I LOVE the text messages that updated me every step of my vehicle repair! I also loved the fact that they offered to pay for a rental car for me while my vehicle was being repaired, it helped so much especially with a small child and being a military family. All around amazing company!
