The repair of my vehicle was very poorly done. No one did a qauity control inspection. When we came to pick it up a piece eas missing and the gaps were way off. We returned layer in the day after you were supposed to fix the issue and the panel gaps were still terrible. No management was on site to speak with us. We reported this to USAA.

I wish I had been told that my headlights didn’t match… 1 new, 1 old. That would have given me the option to have it fixed at my expense. I wasn’t told until I picked up my car. Other than that 1 issue, I was very pleased and impressed!
