Took longer than the estimated time, making me pay for my extra rental days. Fan not properly plugged in causing the car to overheat, forgot some of the plastic panels underneath the car.

I was very satisfied with your service person Brice. Who handled my claim from beginning until the end was very personable, and helpful. He kept me informed on every step your service preformed. The guys were very nice, but for something that was supposed to only take 10 days, they keep vehicle for 1 month and I still waiting for some parts to arrive. I'm very disappointed but again they were nice.
