Yes, I am very Satisfied with the experience with all of the employees at Gerber Collision. The way I was treated as a Customer, even my Dog Abigail, was welcomed!! Mainly I was 100% satisfied with the way my Car was returned to me from the body shop, in perfect condition. I was also impressed that my car was clean inside and out!! I liked the fact there were no hidden charges, and I knew exactly what I was expected to pay, when I picked up my car. Let me add, I’ve had my share of auto accidents while driving in the Atlanta area, to work or for leisure, through the years. I have to say, without any hesitation; this has been the smoothest experience I have encountered out of all of my wrecked Car. I will be recommending Gerber Collision Center to other potential customers. There is one thing for sure ‘Customer Service,’ will Make or Break any Business!! Dwayne was great. He helped me with my estimate and walked me through the entire process. Once my car was completed he walked me to my car and went over the entire repair to ensure I was completely satisfied. I couldn’t ask for better customer service.

Dwayne explained everything from estimate to final delivery. He walked out to my car with me and explained what will be replaced and repaired. Once it was complete he took me out and took the time to go over all the completed work.
