I gave this experience a 6. The replacement tailgate looks great but there are several things that I had to address to my insurance company and one that I forgot but will be adding since I noticed it in the picture I originally sent them. Aside from those issues, the fact that there was little communication until I started calling around and that it took 3 weeks and being told 3 different excuses from multiple people, which didn’t add up. Just communicate, be honest and customers (or at least myself) will fully understand. If there’s a way to check out progressive history, you could see that we’ve always chosen this business because we like the work given back to us. I hope we don’t have to do another insurance claim again but if we do, I will definitely come back to you all.
