There was no communication from the time I chose to work with them, to when I dropped off my car and until the day I picked it up. No status updates. Nothing. When I picked up my car, the woman in the front desk was on a training call, handed me my keys and that was it. No one went over the repairs, inspected the car with me it discussed anything.
