I was happy with the body work. Before I took my car in I had no breaks or cracks in my windshield, when I picked my car up the windshield was cracked. A lady went out there to look at it and claimed I must have had a rock peck up under my molding and it just decided to spread while my car was in your shop! She did offer to contact my insurance company and get it fixed. I told her I no longer trust y’all with my car

Michele did her estimate very quickly and thoroughly. She also offered to stay late so I could pick up my car if I needed her to. Brian extended every courtesy, including calling the car rental place for me, confirming my rental pick-up had arrived, and keeping me informed. The lady immediately inside the office was nice as well. All three people I dealt with were very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend Gerber.
