MR Chandler assisted me with processing claim with State Farm as I became frustrated with the app part. Everything is an app ugh. The receptionist was efficient and pleasant. Initially I was hesitate to use the facility...didn't know CBS had been sold to Gerber. Never heard of Gerber. Found the staff understanding and willing to explain work to be performed.

Everything was excellent. Other than getting told 5 different days when our vehicle would be ready. Was down to 1 vehicle since they said it would be ready on a certain day and never heard from them on that day. Had to return the rental we had.

I have rental car same place , about 20years ago when I use coilsion center at other state. This time at lousiana, I have to go enterprise car rental services. I do not know now days coilsion center did not have rental car same spot any more or what. Next time I will check coilsion center and rental car places within walking distance. Your company did job good and time matter too. Thanks

Holly was awesome from start to finish! She explained the entire process to us and didn’t mind me calling to ask questions. Each time I spoke with her, she was very kind and patient. When we picked up the car, Holly was out of the office, so we had the pleasure of checking out with TJ. He was just as kind and personable as Holly. Our daughter’s car looks like it did before she had the accident. I would definitely recommend Gerber!!! Keep up the great work.
