The truck looks great, I’m satisfied with the work. The customer service at your South Fork location is definitely lacking, a customer shouldn’t be treated how I was today. As far as I’m concerned I will not be using Gerber again, I’ve told multiple co workers and friends how today went they all agree.

Had trouble picking up my vehicle. The office called the day before telling me my vehicle was done, telling me they opened at 8am I asked if I showed up a few minutes early could they please help getting the paper work and my deductible paid quickly being that I had to be at work at 830am. I was told no we start at 8, so I arrived at 750 and waited till 8 when they started only to be told that our computers were down, I tried to give them my check and offered to give them a credit card was also told no I had to wait until the system was back up. So I left without my truck and had someone one pick me up and was late to work. Had to have my daughter go later in the day to get my truck, only to notice that I had over spray all over my back window of my truck.
