Terrible absolutely terrible. They didn’t put have of the plastic back on underneath. There’s parts hanging that should be bolted to something but they’re on. Most importantly my truck is leaking coolant underneath everywhere so obviously something wasn’t put on right

The bumper was painted white and the outside color of our car is Quartz White Pearl. We didn't notice it at first because it was very sunny out when we picked it up. When we looked later in the day, it was overcast at this point, you can tell that it's not the same color. It is noticeable. Hopefully we can work something out. Other than the paint, we were very happy with repair and customer service.

Sammie and Heather’s customer service was great. I drove to pick up my car and wasn’t satisfied with the paint job (debris, scratches, and chips in the front bumper paint) but they assured me they can have the auto body guys redo it. When I came back a second time to pick up my car it looked great and they made everything right.

I am satisfied with the final outcome, although I wasn’t satisfied with having to drive back twice to get my bumper properly painted, since the paint job looked very bumpy after I was told the car was initially ready for pick up
