Sammie and Heather’s customer service was great. I drove to pick up my car and wasn’t satisfied with the paint job (debris, scratches, and chips in the front bumper paint) but they assured me they can have the auto body guys redo it. When I came back a second time to pick up my car it looked great and they made everything right.

I am satisfied with the final outcome, although I wasn’t satisfied with having to drive back twice to get my bumper properly painted, since the paint job looked very bumpy after I was told the car was initially ready for pick up

I don't think its a Gerber thing, but knowing the insurance company is so difficult to deal with. I asked about the chips on the hood (popped up from accident). They had to blend the color (Gerbers bill) of the hood to the bumper, its just frustrating that you can't get out of the insurance companies what you pay for. I have to call back, maybe an issue with head light. I saw when wife was behind me, when driving home, and notice driving in the dark... but happy enough. Sammi was great to deal with.
