The repair work is very good, however I’m disturbed by the quality of the door skin. The door sounds very tinny as compared to the other doors on the car. It sounds like a tin can when you open the door or tap on it.

The quality of the repair is beautiful. Paint work is great along with cleaning the car, perfect! The quality of the door skin is tremendously disappointing. It sounds like a piece of tin! Comparing the front door to the rear door it’s awful. Just opening the door it sounds like a tin can. Very disappointing.

Highly recommend! Loved that I was kept in the loop on the process by text. Took a day longer than expected because a part was wrong, but no proble. Most places would have just kept the car and called a couple days later when done. Not this collision center! I got a call explaining it would be another day and why. I didnt have to wonder if things were going ok or how long it would be. Extremely kind and understanding!! THANK YOU for such a smooth experience!
