Amazing customer service from the front door staff to the behind-the-scenes technicians. Great communication from day 1 until completion. Gave one estimated completion date and beat it by almost 2 weeks, amazing turnaround time. On top of that, the unexpected wash of the vehicle is a plus and speaks volume on the customer service. Amazing work overall and highly satisfied.

There was confusion when I was called to come and pick up the truck. The first person told me that I needed to bring the insurance check, which I hadn't received. After 45 minutes of calling insurance people to no conclusion, I called back to let Gerber know that I couldn't pick it up until I heard back from insurance. The person I spoke to then told me that the insurance would send the check to them and that the first person who called me didn't know. This wasted time on my end during my work day.
