After a minor hiccup after getting my car back Gerber did right by me. Dealing with Tracy the GM at the Sandy Ln location was quite pleasant. She has lead me in the right direction and given me a few suggestions as the insurance is playing games about fixing my car completely back to what it was before the accident. The entire staff there was quite professional and pleasing to deal with. They will go above and beyond to help their customers and value face to face relationships with the people they serve.

I cannot say enough good things about Gerber Collision and the job they did repairing my 4Runner! From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and when I got my 4Runner back, it looked absolutely amazing — you would never know it had been damaged. They clearly take pride in their work and pay attention to the details. Everything was repaired beautifully, and I was extremely impressed with how everything turned out. It’s not easy handing your vehicle over and trusting someone to make it right, but they absolutely delivered. I’m very particular about my 4Runner, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing body or collision repair. Thank you for taking such great care of my vehicle and doing an outstanding job!

Renee was a great representative for the company—she helped me get set up with appointments and took care of every detail with professionalism and care. Andrea was also very professional and knowledgeable, and she kept me updated throughout the process on the status of my vehicle.
