Definitely focus on the customer services stand point talked to to many folks and come up with the conclusion that the old lady that works up front is a deal breaker she’s rude disrespectful and talks down to the people this is the common census. As far as my experience my car looks great all though every bit of work was subleted out, my car will never return to this shop.
