I bought my car at the dealership, 9 years ago now and I have never been disappointed in the hard work from Steve Johnson there. He's always been brutally honest with me and never let me down on my vehicle on what I need and what to do since I'm 29 years old and don't know much about vehicles and he answered every question, that I needed even when I thought it was dumb to ask. This is the 3rd time, I believe to get it fixed when I bought this vehicle there was a noise that no one could find and Steve was the one to put in my contact agreement that it needs to get fixed at no cost and keep trying, we've been trying way too long to figure out that little noise. 😅 I always recommend him to anyone at the license office where I work in savannah. I heard alot of horror stories about other dealerships and collison from customers that I've helped and always recommend here with Steve's help. I will always appreciate his dedication to not just get my vehicle looking better but getting the job done when even there was a mess with the insurance ordeal that Steve and my agent helped get it straightened out when I was blindsided with a check that I never recieved and Steve went out of his way to figure out the issue when something wasn't right.

I was extremely satisfied with the results of my vehicle and the customer service Reed Collision!! They were my first and only choice when I wrecked my car. Of course thats where I bought my car and where I take it for oil changes. They are always very fast and efficient and take extra good care of their customers! They evene email me every few months to make sure im still happy with my car! I love Reed!

The estimate was 6000.00 and the final bill was 13000.00 . If I would have ran my HVAC business like that I probably would not had may customers. The workmanship was great and am happy with the car . If I would have been paying for that out of pocket I would have many questions. Thanks Mike
