Considering that for the 5 days our car was being worked on, you were closed for a day and a half of that due to the holidays. My wife and I are impressed that we could not ever tell that anything happened to our car. The repairs were made in a way that makes it appear the car was never involved in any type of an incident.

The staff at Gerber was very friendly and professional. I was unable to pick up my vehicle the day it was ready for pick up and they stored it inside over night. When I picked it up I discovered that they detailed the inside. That was a really nice surprise.

The edges were not smooth and clean in a couple of places… Some gloves of paint. Also bits of the rubber gasket around the headlight sticking out

They called me regularly to keep me updated on the progress they were very understanding they were upset when the parts were not right and apologized for the mistake and they made it right by helping me out with the car rental that was awesome!
