Charlene is a rock star. Whatever she's paid isn't enough. I've never had this good of an experience with a collision center. While I hope I don't have to go back any time soon, if I do I'll choose Gerber of St. Joseph, MO.

As stated before there is no way I can prove that the damage was done there but considering I know it wasn’t there prior to the repair and it had only been out of the garage one time since when I noticed the damage and the fact that there are multiple places I seriously doubt it all happened in the one outing

I have no way of proving it as I did not think to inspect the undamaged part of my car but it now has multiple deep scratches on the sides and several places of chipped paint that it did not have before ... I should have inspected it all when I picked it up so it’s on me but I am reasonably certain that something was rubbed against the side probably during the roof repair also missing paint on two of the door mouldings
