Overall the experience was great. One comment is having a call every Tuesday and Thursday to say they are still working on the truck, along with the emails was a bit excessive. The emails seemed to be lagging behind on the actual phone calls on the amount of work that was completed. On the last day, I received an email at 8:15 saying ng it was almost complete, a phone call at 11:15 saying they're we're almost done and a call at 2:30 saying it was complete and ready to be picked up. Confusing, yes...time consuming on your end and mine, yes. A weekly update and a final approximate when it would be ready would be better in the future. The actual work and in person dealings with the staff we're amazing and we will highly recommend to everyone who needs body work done. Thank you!

Everyone was professional and friendly. My car was ready the day they said it would be. When they picked me up I received my car back washed and clean Inside. What a great surprise!!! Very happy with the work and experience.
