Unfortunately there were a multitude of events that contributed to my complete dissatisfaction: the wrong part was ordered, delaying the repair. I got a text on Friday telling my the car wouldn’t be done til Monday then a phone call at 3:48 telling me it was finished (but I was away from my phone til 4:55). The original quote was over $100 less than what I paid. My dashcam was taken from my vehicle.

The team was always courteous and professional. Initial communication was really good through text, but as my completion date kept getting adjusted further back got progressively worse. They covered my rental which was nice, but there’s no way my truck should have taken 89 days to repair. I feel like my truck repair wasn’t a priority and that other vehicles were repaired in front of it. I also think other options to get it fixed should have been explored by the shop much earlier than it was. Again, nice people. Job just took way too long.
