I had to come back with my car because the job wasn’t finished and I had to point out problems that y’all created plus my hood is lean right now because y’all don’t pay attention to what y’all are doing. Plus a part of my bumper the grill area is not clipped in properly so it keeps coming undone. Other than that my car is driving perfectly and y’all fixed the initial problem.

The paint and clear coat were not done right, there is dirt in the paint, the back door hatch was not realigned and is worse now then when I dropped it off, there is pry bar marks behind the hinges from trying to stretch the hinges, there are scratches now on the bumper that wasn’t there when I dropped off and they didn’t realign my bumper on the driver rear either. They also didn’t fix the paint on inside of the hatch due to the hatch being out of alignment. State Farm Insurance has escalated this and was very unsatisfied with the work and will be putting you under review on keeping this establishment as a select service station. The manager told me that it was the “best they could do” and didn’t tell me why nothing else was fixed when they knew at estimating and drop off and had pictures.
