Everyone was so helpful and accommodating from setting appointments, scheduling a rental and completing the work in a timely matter. Great communication all around. Hope I dont need them again, but if I do, they'll be my first choice!!!!

Everything looks great except the top of the door trim. Maybe they should do a better inspection before releasing the vehicle

Tiffany, the manager, was wonderful. She runs a tight ship. From the moment, I arrived first Kelly took all my information and helped me navigate the State Farm website which I had no understanding of. She navigated like the pro she is. Tiffany accessed my vehicle and gave me a time line of when I could expect the car finished. She took me out to the car and explained what was damaged and what it was needed to fix it. I received almost daily updates on my vehicle and the target date to get it back, Tiffany knows her business along with great interpersonal skills. I got the car back exactly when she said I would. Not just the repairs were checked but the whole car was checked. Hats off to Tiffany and her crew.

I picked up the car and thought all was well. My son drove the car to work ok, but then lost power on his way home at 10pm. When he got the car to start again, he lost power steering, lights were flickering etc. I had him bring the car back and it was "recalibrated". Oddly enough after having to bring this vehicle back, he them had ZERO motor oil and someone siphoned out his coolant too. His car is STILL covered in dust and when I brought this to their attention, it was all denials and that his car was already covered in the dust. Tiffany was amazing and the girls I dealt with on the regular were nothing short of spectacular. These technicians on the other hand, are not. Y'all could have blown my son's motor! It's a great thing I run a repair shop and know about the mechanics of things.
