There is a vibration sound when the car is idling that wasn’t there before and a gap where the bumper attaches to the car it’s not flush you can tell it isn’t fitting correctly

The receptionist lady (I think her name is Rachel) was super kind. She was very patient and explained all the next steps to me. The man fixing my car (maybe his names Josh... idk) was also very kind and pleasant to talk to. My major complaint is that when I got my car back, all of the coins I had in my car were gone. I keep coins there for when I go to Aldi's. I didn't notice them missing until I needed a coin to grocery shop. I think that is very unprofessional to take anything from someone else's car who trusted it to you to fix. Even if it was just quarters, it was still not a good thing to see when I got my car back.
