Riley, as well as the rest of the staff were very helpful and informative throughout the entire process. I received open and honest communication the entire time as repairs were finished as well as any delays and reasoning. I highly recommend this shop for anyone to use for any repairs. I appreciate the thoroughness of the workers to ensure that my car is safe to drive and not just a quick cosmetic fix.

I am beyond impressed with the thoroughness of the staff at Gerber. They truly went above and beyond. They took their time and ensured I left with a safe vehicle. They didn’t look at my car, fix the cosmetics and send me on my way. They took their time to truly inspect my car and made repairs that were necessary before giving it back. I will recommend and use them for years to come. The Gilliam location to be specific. My car looks beautiful and rides great!! Thank you so much for your attention to detail and amazing customer service.
