There was a small dent on my car that was not there and a couple of scratches that were not completely covered.

They were attentive and kind and patient but at some point they stated my car was picked up already through a text message when it was not. That is misleading and incorrect I called and they stated that message was sent on purpose because the insurance will start charging them.
