I am very pleased with the work that Gerber Collision did on my car and with the updates I received from Dawn. The repair was done professionally and the service was top notch. Hopefully I won't have another accident but if I ever do I'll definitely return to Gerber for my repairs.

Everyone was so friendly and the customer service was great. I’m just not completely happy with the work done on my vehicle. I pointed out something that was part of the damage from the accident but it wasn’t fixed.

It’s really too soon to comment on the repairs. Initially, everything is really good. It appears that Gerber did a wonderful job on the repairs. The whole experience was great and everyone involved was a pleasure to work with. So far, I’m completely satisfied with the entire experience.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience at Gerber on Apalachee Parkway. I had an auto claim, and they informed me that a separate issue required resolution before they could address the damage caused by the claim. I agreed to the additional service, but it took an astonishing 30 days to complete. Upon completion, they informed me that they couldn’t recalibrate my car and had misdiagnosed the problem. They quoted me $1300 for a different issue, but also mentioned that it could be something else entirely. Essentially, they were clueless about the actual problem. To top it off, I wasted money!

From start to finish customer service was horrible. Minor repair was left in Tuesday at 8:00 and held thru the Thursday of next week- only released because they were closing on 7/4. After pickup- windshield wiper did not work and Megan would not respond to phone calls - only a surprise in person visit got the issue fixed. We had to contact our insurance company to intervene to have the repair done. This experience was so bad we are going publish the details so people do not use this shop

I am so happy ! Gerber did everything right. Dawn was exceptional. I needed to go out of town and they made sure my car was ready. A few days ahead of schedule. And it was so clean when I picked it up. I can’t say enough. Yay team !
