Having to use another shop to do final repairs... broken leaf springs and alignment... I kept being told the insurance company wouldn’t cover it and that you didn’t do that work. The insurance company is covering all expenses and doesn’t understand why I was told that from your representative. You basically did only the body work and didn’t want to deal with the other problems of the vehicle pulling while driving.

Van came in and I told estimator that it pulls to the right, he said it wasn’t covered..... so now State Farm is paying another company to fix it after your Tallahassee location had the vehicle for over a month to add new back doors and a used bumper... when I show up to pick up the van; the battery was dead and had to wait 4 hours when there is a pep boys next door to location. They will not work on another vehicle of mine

They lost my keys!! It took an extra week to get my car because, again, this car repair facility LOST my car keys. Took getting my insurance company to yell at them to even offer a rental. Car looks fine.

Wish there was a zero. Kacey and CJ were rude on every interaction. Luckily after they LOST MY KEYS I got to interact with only the manager. Tae (woman at the front desk) was also always very kind.

You did a beautiful job on our Dodge Van & as far as I’m concerned you went above and beyond compared to other places. Reminded me of the way people use to be treated when you had your car worked on. Communication left a lot to be desired. Was told they were still waiting on parts one day, then magically 6 hours later the car was ready, but I had to call myself to find that out only after getting a notification my car had moved. Interior of vehicle had greasy film on everything, I assume from exposure inside warehouse. Just an unpleasant experience all around.

I am one happy and satisfied customer. First and far most I can not say enough great great things about an employee by the name of CJ Johnson in Tallahassee, FL. By the time my truck was finished I felt like we were family. CJ would call me at least twice a week and give me an update on my vehicle. If he was not calling me I was receiving at least two text a week from the Gerber collision & glass repair shop. CJ Johnson put my mind at ease, asked if I had any questions or concerns and made me feel extremely comfortable and at peace during the whole repair process which was over a month. I have not had that many vehicles to be in the shop but I can say that by far Gerber collision and glass is a company I would trust my parents and all my family and friends to take their vehicles. Every employee that I had an opportunity to meet and talk to on different occasions were highly professional and had phenomenal soft personal people skills. I have not seen that much great all around customer service from one repair company in a very long time. I will definitely be telling anyone that asks me of a repair shop to take there vehicle to Gerber collision and glass. Thanks Gerber collision and glass for all of your service, care and concern.
