Discovered hole in radiator after getting home. Can see where hammering was done near the hole. Had to have alignment done week after done there.

Not only was the inside of the car NOT cleaned as i was told it would be. But I found an old key for the car And it still works for the car even though the car was supposed to be rekeyed. If this old key can get in my car then so can the car key that was stolen. Incredibly disappointed with the service here.

I was not provided all the details related to the work that was being done on my Honda. The front desk help leaves a lot to be desired. No updates were provided unless I called to get the status on the repair work. I am extremely satisfied with the repair work done but the customer service definitely needs improvement.
