Absolutely not, far too many unknowns, poor customer treatment, and blame being placed on their customers. This shop resembles a classic "get 'em in, get 'em out" motto, taking as much money as possible from the insurance company, then moving on to the next sucker. Hopefully, this shop isn't indicative of Gerber's entire network. My guess is it's likely not. If correct, a full replacement top to bottom of the staff would be a great start.
