I would’ve liked to see more consistent communication between team members. I would call to ask questions regarding insurance, and I would have to re-explain the situation to each team member. Additionally, there wasn’t much communication between the shop and my insurance agent after he would reach out to them. There were also not any updates on the text thread updating the status of my vehicle during the repair process

Setting up the appointment and getting updates was fine. Too much down time on items that should/could have been completed.

Initial survey of damage and set up of appointment was perfect. Met with on Friday. Damage accessed, appointment set for next Wednesday. Car dropped Wednesday morning. Wednesday night I get update saying parts will be in on Monday. Why didn’t you order parts on Friday so they could be there when I brought it in?
