I picked up my car this afternoon and realized as I was driving home that my left turn signal wasn’t working. I bought new bulbs thinking that was the problem only to find out that the plug was left disconnected.

Friendly and fast service. The sweet ladies in the office gave me really good advice about what I needed to do with insurance, rentals etc. Also, when I got my car back it was vacuumed out and that was such a nice surprise!

Tammy was very helpful and friendly during my experience with this shop. The repairs took longer than expected due to their supplier but that was handled very well and I was kept informed throughout. The actual repairs to my vehicle were perfect, like it never even happened!

I was contacted by the office manager Tammy (10 minutes to the shop closing with a horrible attitude) to pick up my car, when my car repairs were not completed. There were screws missing and the rear light had not been touched. Arrived at 830 to pick up my vehicle and had to wait an additional hour and a half for them to complete the repairs. The front clerk Elizabeth is awesome and should be the office manager as she seems to know more than the manager.

Elizabeth at the front desk is amazing. The insurance company that was responsible for the damage of my car was very very difficult. Elizabeth made the process better by being a kind, caring person. I felt was able to have belief that Gerber collision would take care of my car they way it should be taken care of.
