I left my van in to have a new rear door installed. When it was completed I returned to my car and found that the windshield was cracked. I reported it to the manager and she said that most likely it was done by a stone from the road. She said that they have photos showing there was no damage when job was completed. After complaining she gave me a sheet of paper with a windshield repair company on it and said they would come out to replace it at my house. I have heard nothing yet. On returning home I opened the rear door and found that the interior side had only been partially painted and so you can still see the blue undercoat paint showing through. I have photos but I don’t think I can attach them to this note. Overall a terrible experience.

I’m not happy with the repair. It is obvious where it was painted and has dull patches. I spoke with the company and when their painter comes back in town on Monday they are going to take a look at it and fix it. I am hoping to be 100% satisfied once they finish.
