I was very pleased with the repairs. The car looks great. You couldn’t tell that there was any damage done to it. I also was very pleased with the short amount of time it took Gerber Collision to complete the work. The reception staff (Maria and Ginger) were so accommodating and helpful from the time I dropped the car off until the work was complete. If I ever need any body work on my car, that’s where I will take it.

Not only did they do a flawless job repairing my vehicle, but they went completely above and beyond when dealing with my insurance company. Initially, the insurance company wanted to write the car off as a total loss. However, the team at Gerber knew the car was in excellent, well-maintained condition and fought for me. They took the time to speak with the insurance adjusters and successfully convinced them that the car was absolutely worth repairing. The repairs themselves are perfect—you'd never even know it was in an accident. The communication throughout the entire process was stellar, and the staff was professional, empathetic, and incredibly helpful.
