Our incident happened on December 14 of last year. I called Gerber Auto Body and talked to Lucas initially, he said with the holiday season it’ll be difficult to get it in until after the first day of the year. But he said if we bring it by they might be able to squeeze it in and get the ball rolling and ordering parts, etc. I brought it in that week and within that day that Troy was out doing his assessment on our vehicle. There was a little slot because of the insurance and the holidays with people taking off, but they were able to get the parts ordered and in before the end of the year and they actually finished our vehicle on December 31 of last year. The quality of work and craftsmanship as well as with the cleanup of the vehicle after it was in their care was nothing but outstanding! From Troy to Lucas and the young lady working at the front desk when I walked in, everyone was nothing but friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Gerber Auto Body to anyone! Their quality of work is second to none!
