They didn't order the parts until they had my car there. Even though my appointment wad scheduled 2 months in advance. I paid for a rental for the first week and a half and then was told it'd be another 2 weeks for repairs. Wasted a lot of money and hassle having no car for 3 weeks.

10. I was very pleased with the repair. My only complaint would be the time that the repair took due to not having enough people to cover the mechanic that was off duty due to sickness just before the Christmas holiday.

when i received my car back i didn’t realize the tire pressure was on the dash board and that there was a nail in my tire, that same day we had the snow storm and i hadn’t drove my car for the whole next day, i then noticed my tire was flat so called gerber collision told them about the situation and the person on the phone proceeded to tell me that i was basically lying that it could’ve happened while i was on my way home and said they don’t even have nails around there?!? i have never ever gotten something in my tire on the same drive that i drive home every day! had to also deal with this on my birthday trying to call all the tire shops on the 23rd of decent er and nobody was open that then led me to not being able to have my tire fixed till the following week and had to fill it with air multiple times on my holiday weekend, needless to say i feel i should have gotten that taken care of by gerber collision seeing that it’s not my fault or problem that the nail is in there in the first place.
