The liability insurance agent told us that they accepted the estimate and we even made an appointment with Gerber to bring my car for repair. Once I got to Gerber I was told that the estimate had not been accepted and that I had no appointment with Gerber. I wouldn’t have shown up just randomly. The guy at the desk was not helpful at all and was a bit rude. I had to drive from my home in BA another time to drop off my car. Once Gerber had my car, everything from there went smoothly.
