The reason I’m giving a five is because my spare tire was not returned to my truck after the work was completed. I have reached out multiple times and have not received any communication on how to get my spare tire back.

All staff were pleasant and friendly but it’s frustrating to be given an inaccurate time frame for completion. When I dropped off my car I was told it would be ready in one week, however that time stretched out to over two weeks. I would suggest being more conservative about the time needed for final repairs.

I had a great experience. The personel were very friendly. I called to schedule an estimate, and they were avaiable when I arrived. I didn't have to wait. They had my vehicle done before the estimated time. I had them paint my hood where it was peeling, re-stripe the whole car and fix a dent. My car looks brand new. I would use them again, and will recommend them.

They did a great job and yes I will recommend my family and friends. I'm going to say this again. Y'all need to up everybody's pay by 35%. This is nobody's telling me to say this. I can see hard work on good people
